Yes a $200.00 AUD bond is required.

Guest arriving afterhours are required to call our office in advance to notify us of your arrival time and make arrangements for key collection. Payment and ID will be required in advance for all after hours arrivals. Following this, you will be provided simple instructions to retrieve your keys and arrival information pack.

Late check outs can be arranged upon request and subject to availability. Please ask our friendly staff if this is possible. Note: A surcharge may apply

All bookings are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking. Full payment required 7 days in advance.

Staff are onsite and on call as required outside of these times and check in is available 24 hours.

Yes, we have underground secure parking at Ipanema which is free of charge.

Yes all linen is provided free with your reservation.

Ipanema Apartments are self-contained with a FREE full service clean for stays of 7 days or longer and minor mid-week service also offered .

Daily Servicing is available upon request and for an additional fee.

Our main Large Pool is heated to between 26-29 degrees. Our spa is heating to a relaxing and remedial temperature of between 35-37 degrees. Our Children’s wading pool is naturally heated by Queensland’s magnificent Sunshine only and temperatures of this pool may vary.

General information about our location.

We are situated right in the middle of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach and approx 15 min walk to Cavil Avenue at Surfers, and Victoria Ave at Broadbeach.

There are a large range of shops and restaurants in Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach which is only a short walk or tram ride away.

There is a public bus stop on the Gold Coast Highway which will take you to all major attractions on the Gold Coast ad well as the new Gold Coast Tram that will take you both North towards Surfers Paradise or South towards Broadbeach with Trams departing every 7 mins.

There is a large range of attractions in the area, both in walking distance, via public transport or within driving distance. See out Attractions page for more information

From our private entry gate on Wharf Street to the beach we are a short 250m walk to the world famous Surfers Paradise Beach. With only 1 Zebra crossing between Ipanema and the Pacific Ocean, it’s a safe and easy walk for the family. Directly out on the beach is a lifeguard patrolled area and magnificent Gold Coast beach that will keep the whole family occupied for days on end.

There is a convenience store only a couple of minutes walk from Ipanema. There is also a Coles & Woolies located in Surfers Paradise which is about 15 minutes walk or 3 mins drive.
